Feeling

Dear friends,

I hope this message finds you well. It’s been some time since I last wrote, but I’ve been noticing patterns and receiving insights about the state of our collective evolution, and I felt called to check in. How are you doing?

If you’ve been experiencing more physical aches and pains, persistent illness, or the resurfacing of emotional wounds you thought had long healed, please know - you are not alone. These challenges are not signs of regression, but part of the natural process as we shift into higher levels of consciousness.

What we’re seeing in the world - disruptions in governments, the rise of conflict, natural disasters - is all part of this collective transformation. It’s a purge of lower vibrational energies, making space for more light and awareness to come through. And yes, this can feel incredibly uncomfortable!

Why does it feel so intense? Because as we become more attuned to ourselves and the collective field, we begin to experience & perceive more subtle energies. As the truth of who we are emerges, the body starts to release what had been buried - emotions we once suppressed are now rising to be felt and witnessed without judgement. I’m often reminded that our physical bodies, being dense by nature, are the last to reflect these inner shifts. So if your body is struggling, this is not at all reflective of your spiritual or emotional growth. It just takes time, to manifest in the physical.

I wanted to share this with you in hopes you will not despair, but find strength through the process and trust you are being supported. We are all being pushed to expand which requires us to face aspects of ourselves that we’ve tried to hide or deny. It takes courage to sit in stillness with our own fear, pain, or shame - and simply feel.

So, if you are moving through any of this, try not to judge or resist, rather just flow with the current. The inner current that is, not the chaos of the outer world.

I will offer a simple technique to bring you back to center in moments of overwhelm or discomfort. Remember, we are not bypassing the sensations, we are centering ourselves with acute inner awareness, and allowing the emotion (which is energy in motion) to flow and release. And don’t forget to breathe!

  - bring your awareness to your heart center, if you feel comfortable close your eyes, and feel into your extremities. Take 3 slow conscious breaths, while lengthening the outward breath. Take your time, and sense the results. You may feel lightness, expansion, or serenity. If not, repeat the steps -

Final thoughts ~

We are all beings of light and come from the one divine consciousness who loves us unconditionally. Can you offer that same love to ALL parts of yourself - the beautiful, messy, and the painful? This is a great question to ask. Because the more compassions and love we offer ourselves, the more we are able to carry for others. And what a beautiful gift for humanity at this moment… your pure conscious, presence, and love.
